A client is registered as a customer with Agolux AB when placing an order for products. The customer base contains the contact details provided by the customer and information about the order. The personal data are used for the administration of the services/delivery, information, marketing of Agolux AB's goods and services, profiling (i.e. an analysis of the customer to enable optimal communication with the customer) and for some statistics, evaluations and quality assurance processes. Approval of the processing of personal data is necessary in order to be a customer of Agolux AB
The customer’s data may be managed by a data processor who assists the company in its communications with the customer. The data processor will use the data only for the purpose for which the customer’s personal data have been collected.
Agolux AB will hold the customer’s data for the period of time the customer is a customer of the company and for another 36 months for the above mentioned purposes. The data will then be saved in compliance with various legal requirements, such as the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen). At the end of this period, the customer’s personal data will be deleted.
The customer’s data are processed in Agolux AB's customer database according to the provisions of the order agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interest. With regard to legitimate interest, the company uses the customer’s data, for example, to customise communications with the customer based on the purchases made by the customer.
The personal data controller responsible for the processing of personal data is Agolux AB. The customer has the right to free information about which data the company holds about the customer. If the customer considers that any of the information is incorrect or misleading, the customer should contact the company immediately. Contact details are given below.

This document was established in the Board of Directors of OEM International in December 2013. It contains guidelines for all companies in the OEM group.
AREAS WITH HIGHEST PRIORITY
OEM supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and makes sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.
OEM´s reputation of honesty, integrity and responsibility must be upheld and any involvement in bribery, extortion or corruption is not tolerated by OEM in any form.
Innovative developments in products and services that offer environmental and social benefits are as well as a greater environmental responsibility promoted and supported by OEM.
As local or relevant laws allows, all employees are free to form, join or not to join unions and have the right to collective bargaining when employed by OEM.
No form of forced or compulsory labour is tolerated by OEM and all employees have the right to leave their employment as stated by contracts or local laws.
We are not complicit in any form of child labour or other forms of exploitation of the child. No one is employed below the completion of compulsory school or under the age of 15 and no one under the age of 18 is employed for hazardous work within OEM.
Diversity amongst OEM employees is a positive attribute and no one regardless of race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, parental status, marital status, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, ethnic background, social origin, social status, age, union membership or disability shall be discriminated. Harassments in the form of physical or psychological abuse are strongly prohibited within OEM as are any kinds of intimidation or other threats.
Sustainable is a key word for OEM and finite resources are avoided as often as possible. OEM also has a precautionary approach towards environmental challenges which means that we avoid dangerous materials when suitable and more environmentally friendly alternatives are available.
When dealing with consumers, OEM acts in accordance with fair business, marketing and advertising practices. OEM also ensures that provided goods or services meet all agreed and legal standards.
OEM is conducting its activities according to applicable laws and regulations and also refraining from entering into anti-competitive agreements.
