Fjäråskupan contacted us with the goal of improving one of their existing products. They had quality problems with the lighting used and needed our help to get a better product. The requirements were clear. Fjäråskupan wanted to maintain a similar design as before but with higher demands on light, even quality of color temperature and a lamp that lasts over time. This along with a requirement to deliver the most amount of light on the market to further profile the product.

Through extensive evaluations and long-term tests of diodes and constructions, in order to derive the heat that developed, we had come to a solution that both parties felt satisfied with.

The lamp has been fitted with a custom cabling with quick connectors and the fastening is carefully tested to make the lamp easy to mount. The lamp is delivered in a way that makes it easy to handle in the production phase.
